Duplicate evaluation scripts and files

Duplicate standard scripts and files to prevent your changes from being lost. During a system update, all standard scripts and files are automatically overwritten to provide you with the newest features. This procedure describes the duplication of a report script. The procedure, for example, for macros or other relevant files within the Evaluation subfolders is identical.

Prerequisite

You are the script administrator for this tenant.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. In the Administration client, click ARIS > Show Administration Administration.

  2. Click Navigation Navigation in the bar panel if the Navigation bar is not activated yet.

  3. In the navigation tree, click the folder Evaluations Evaluations > Reports.

  4. Click the category (subfolder) in which you keep the script.

  5. Right-click the script in the table and click Duplicate Duplicate.

The script has been duplicated.

You can modify the duplicated script. As it has a new GUID, it will not be overwritten.
