Import files used by scripts

On the Administration tab, you import scripts and other files that scripts use during runtime. To make the relevant files available to a script, such as jar files, you must add these files to the Imported files list of the script.

The following description is on using report scripts. The procedure is identical for all scripts.

Prerequisite

  • You are the script administrator for this tenant.

  • You have imported the files to the script category that also contains the script.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. In the Administration client, click ARIS > Show Administration Administration.

  2. Click Navigation Navigation in the bar panel if the Navigation bar is not activated yet.

  3. In the navigation tree, click the folder Evaluations Evaluations > Reports.

  4. Click the category (subfolder) were the script is located.

  5. In the Start tab bar, click Properties Properties.

  6. Click Advanced. The Advanced options dialog opens.

    It lists all additional files (Enabled) that the script requires when running.

  7. Enable the check boxes of all required files and click Ok > OK to close the dialogs.

The selected files are available for the script.
