Report: Mini workflows - Initial checks
Use
The report Mini workflows - Initial checks is only available for ARIS. The report is executed only if Run the initial checks report first to verify that all conditions are met is enabled in the Define context dialog. If this option is enabled, the report automatically performs some checks when a governance workflow is started to verify that all conditions are met so that the workflow can run smoothly. The report verifies for ARIS mini workflows that:
The context database is versionable.
The context model is not locked by users.
The context model is currently not processed by another workflow.
No satellite model is locked by users.
The process owner is specified for the context model in the relevant attribute.
The specified process owner has access to the task list.
This report runs hidden in ARIS and ARIS with modified checks also for governance workflows.

Category
Governance, but this report is invisible to users.
Result
The result of the check is not visible to users. It is used to generate an appropriate error message for the user.
