Report: Process weak-point analysis
Use
This report enables the process manager to easily filter and sort critical activities and high risks, tackling the most urgent and important ones first, with a view to take forward the selected few for mitigation (implementation) plan.
The report lists all model functions (activities) and their assigned models, with their assessed criticality and associated risks including impact and probability.
