Unlock group content
You can unlock locked group content to make it available for editing by any user with the appropriate privileges. The user who locked the items and system users can remove the lock. System users have the Administrator: Unlock menu item to do so.
Prerequisite
You have the Designer role or are a system user.
Open the database.
In the Models or Objects details view, select the groups containing locked content.
Right-click in the selection.
Click Lock/Unlock >
Unlock. The Unlock groups dialog opens in which you can select objects for unlocking.Select additional groups, if necessary.
To include the content of subgroups within the selected groups, enable the Include subgroups check box.
To unlock the models in the groups, enable the Unlock models check box.
To unlock the objects in the groups, enable the Unlock objects check box.
Click OK.
The dialog closes and the group content is unlocked.
