Filter locked items

The Locked items database item enables you to display and filter the items that are locked in your database.

In the following description, the list is filtered by user and group.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Open the database.

  2. Click the Locked items database item.

  3. Activate the Locked models or Locked objects tab in the details view.

  4. In the Filter list box, click Filter list Filter list to set the filter criteria.

  5. Enter the term you want to use to limit the items displayed. The term can refer to the name, type, group, or user.

The list is narrowed according to your settings and displays only the entries you need.
